“Most people tend to avoid projects that are a bit unusual or have more difficult requirements, but I tackle them head on precisely because they require effort, and the result of this effort can be quite rewarding,” says Ravi.
As Technical Sales Engineer (Machining Solutions), Ravi is responsible for liaising with clients from start to finish on their projects. He works closely with them to identify the best value solution and oversee the smooth manufacturing of their components to the required deadline.
“Communication is key when working with clients and keeping them abreast of the project’s progress is imperative,” says Ravi.
With more than 15 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, the completion of a first-class machinist apprenticeship, a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and graduating from an Engineering Management course at the University of Technology Sydney, Ravi’s knowledge and technical know-how helps brings client projects to fruition.
