BRIAN RHODIN
Business Development Manager
Brian joined Sevaan Manufacturing early in 2023 as the company’s Business Development Manager. He has over 25 years of business solutions and sales experience, supported by a strong business and engineering trade background.
ALI GHNEIM
Production Manager
Ali is responsible for the management of our manufacturing workflow and all labour and resources associated with this to support our customers’ parts being manufactured to the required delivery deadline and quality level.
MIRZA BAIG
Group Finance Manager
Mirza is responsible for the financial and management accounting functions within the Sevaan Group, including all financial reporting. He also oversees payroll and month-end reporting activities and is directly engaged with our IT support services.
Mirza has a proven track record of managing large-scale financial projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving financial targets while effectively controlling costs to realise savings.
ABHISHEK MALIK
Technical Project Manager – Additive Manufacturing
Abhishek is highly knowledgeable and passionate about additive manufacturing and the opportunities that 3D printing provides, making him a great sset to our team.
“Additive manufcaturing enable the opprtunity to quickly iterate and manufacture components for tooling, planning and end use with lead times and costs that are not possible through traditional methods,” said Abhishek.
KEVORK KRJALIAN
Production Engineer
As a production engineer, Kevork’s attention-to-detail and fastidiousness, make him a perfect fit for Sevaan Manufacturing.
Kevork is respsonsible for developing and executing quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance with specifications and standards. He undertakes regular audits and inspections to identify any defects and opportunities for continuous improvement.
RAVINDRA RAIKAR
Technical Sales Engineer (Machining Solutions)
Ravi enjoys engaging with clients to understand their business and their needs.
It’s also clear that he thrives when working on challenging projects.
“Most people tend to avoid projects that are a bit unusual or have more difficult requirements, but I tackle them head on precisely because they require effort, and the result of this effort can be quite rewarding,” says Ravi.

As Paint Shop Supervisor, Fipe manages our powder coating and wet spray finishing. She ensures that the paint specifications match the client’s needs, while maintaining the highest quality throughout the whole process.
RUTH TAYLOR
Purchasing
Ruth has been part of the Sevaan Group family for over seven years, helping the company to grow bigger and better.
Within our administration team, Ruth takes care of the purchasing and knows how to negotiate a better price from our suppliers.
MARIANNE POKLER
Reception
Marianne has been with the Sevaan Group for nine years, learning, growing and supporting the team as the company has expanded.
She currently runs reception and processes payables and receivables, making sure our manufacturing team has their figures right.
